Knee Drill
Purpose of the drill is to:
- Activate your hands w/out using your legs
- Can use glove or no glove
Key Points:
- Wide base
- Chest over your belt buckle
- Hand out in front of you
- Finger tips pointing down
Wide Base Drill
Purpose of the drill is to:
- Activate your lower half
- Work out our legs (get them involved)
Key Points:
- Spread your legs
- Get your bottom down (sink into your legs)
- Hand out in front of you
- Feel the burn in your legs
This is a stand still drill where you can catch baseballs outside of you glove hand, center and backhand.
You can have someone roll you the ball to you or you can throw the ball off of a wall.
